The protection of your personal data is of utmost concern to Relopia.
In these Privacy on data protection Relopia would like to inform you about how Relopia treats
your personal data and how you can exchange this data with other users of Relopia.
These terms and conditions supplement Relopia's Terms and Conditions on the Use of the Relopia-Websites.

1. Basic Principles of Relopia in treating your Personal Data
Relopia strictly adheres to the following basic principles in the protection of your Personal Data:
• Relopia shall collect, process and use your Personal Data in accordance with the laws and statutes on
data protection of the Federal Republic of Austria and those of the European Union.
• Relopia shall use your Personal Data solely to provide the Relopia-Services of Relopia on the
Internet for which you have registered yourself. In no event shall Relopia pass your Personal Data on
to any third party, neither for advertising, marketing nor for any other purposes.
• With the exception of some general information about your profession you decide all for yourself
which of your Personal Data you have delivered to Relopia may be displayed by Relopia to other members of
Relopia (cf. Section 3).
• Any person not registered with Relopia may only view your Personal Data to the extent you enable and allow
them to do so (cf. Section 4).
• - Relopia will send out a weekly mail by default to all users. This will ONLY inform the user about the
status of their Contacts within relopia (e.g. upcoming events). It will not be used for advertising of third party
products.

2. Definitions
The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection shall have the following meaning:
• "Personal Data" shall mean all data and/or information about your profession or your person.
• "Relopia-Websites" shall mean the entirety of websites on which Relopia provides the Relopia-Services.
• "Relopia-Members" shall mean all registered users of Relopia on the Relopia-Websites.
• "Relopia-Services" shall mean all registration based services offered by Relopia on the Relopia-Websites.
• "Registration Data" shall mean such Personal Data you must deliver to Relopia in the registration process for
the Relopia-Services.
• "Contact Site" shall mean the Relopia-Website on which the Personal Data you have delivered to Relopia is
displayed in accordance with your specifications and your consent.

3. What does Relopia know of you, what do you allow Relopia to do, and what happens with your Personal Data?

3.1 Registration Data
In order for the Relopia-Services to function, Relopia needs to collect and process certain of your Personal Data
in the course of the registration process. First of all, this consists of the following data:
• Username
• Password
Your password and/or your user name are not visible to any of the Relopia-Members at any time.
In no event shall Relopia disclose or pass your password and/or your user name on to any third party.
Further, you need to fill out the following Personal Data in the course of the registration process:
• Username
• Passwort
• Firstname, Surname
• E-Mail Adress

Offering Service, Looking to...
Leisure
• What are their hobbies, What they want to do?, What they can help with?, Short info about yourself.
After you add the Relopia Member to your Contacts you can choice between some relations to them.
• Family
• Close family
• Friend and colleague
• Friend
• Acquaintance
• None
• Business partner
• Colleague
• Supplier
• customer

3.2 Voluntary Data
If you wish, you may provide additional information about yourself aside from the mandatory data on a
voluntary basis, to allow other Relopia-Members to better get to know you so they can possibly choose you
as a qualified business contact. If you wish you can put a Photo of yourself on the Relopia Platform.
The Voluntary Data you choose to provide to Relopia is accessible to all other Relopia-Members, unless the
data is particularly identified. With respect to particularly identified data you may choose in each
individual case if the data shall be displayed to a specific other Relopia-Member.

3.3 Your Contact Site, Contact Management
The following of the Personal Data you have delivered to Relopia is visible to all other Relopia-Members:
• First name, surname
• Company name
• Onlie Status
• Location
All other Relopia-Members may access your Contact Site and view the information displayed on the Contact Site,
including such Voluntary Data you have specified to be accessible to all other Relopia-Members.
Certain Relopia-Members may be able to access further of your Voluntary Data in accordance with your specifications
for the relevant certain Relopia-Member in each individual case.
If you contact Relopia-Members with a request for personal contact, such Relopia-Members are stored on your
Contact Site in a contact list. In the event a Relopia-Member confirms your request for contact, this Relopia-Member
shall be counted for you as a so called "confirmed contact. You can see confirmed contacts in your Contacts.
Relopia has preset the settings to for your chosen relations
Public data, Home Address, Home No. & Fax, Home e-mail & Web, Private mobile, Date of birth - with year,
Date of birth – only, Work details, Alternate address detail, IM & other e-mails, Calendar events (Private),
Calendar events (Public) and Shouts
The following of your personal statistics are visible to all Relopia-Members at all times:
• Number of your confirmed contacts
• Your Data form Point 3.1
For every Relopia Member it’s possible to see your current status. If you are online, busy or offline.
Other Relopia-Members may send messages from his Shout Modul to his contacts. With the Shout Modul you can ask
Questions or other thinks to your World. Only your World can answer this Questions.

4. Availability of your Contact Site to Non-Members of Relopia
For non Member of Relopia it’s not possible to see your Profile or something else of your information’s from Relopia.
Only Members of Relopia can search for your Profile and see it.

5. Appointments, Activities, Event Management
On the Relopia-Websites, Relopia offers you the possibility to enter your appointments, activities and events
as well as similar services (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "events"). With this function you may
manage and coordinate your events with other Relopia-Members and/or with non-members of Relopia, and you may also
invite other Relopia-Members and/or non-members to specific events.
Each event has one host (organizer). The host decides for each event if and which information about the event is
visible to other Relopia-Members and/or for non-members of Relopia. Among other things, this information may
include whether the event is reserved to Relopia-Members or whether it is a public event and as such accessible
to non-members, whether the number of participants is limited, whether the guest list is visible without any
restrictions or if and which restrictions to the visibility of the guest list may apply. The above information
shall be displayed on the Relopia-Websites for the relevant event. It is visible to Relopia-Members, and it
may also be visible to non-members, dependent on the specifications by the host.

6. Invitations
As a member of Relopia you may invite other persons to membership with Relopia.
Relopia shall process the personal data collected in the course of the invitation solely for the invitation
and Relopia shall not use it for any other purposes.

7. Search Functions
The Relopia-Services offer various possibilities for the search of specific other Relopia-Members,
including a power search function and a search agent. These various search functions may assist you,
for example, in finding other Relopia-Members with similar interests. The search functions also help
you to initiate contact with other Relopia-Members who offer exactly what you are looking for.
Thus, you can find exactly the contacts you really need - and systematically expand your personal contacts.

8. Under Age
Membership with the Relopia-Services is reserved to persons who have reached the legal age of 18. Parents and
legal guardians are responsible for the protection of their children's privacy.

9. Changes to these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection
Relopia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection, in the event this is
necessary due to gaps of these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection identified only after their release,
or in the event this is necessary with respect to additional or amended services provided by Relopia.
Relopia will notify you of any amendments of these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection by e-mail to the
e-mail account you have provided to Relopia in the course of your registration.

10. Accessibility of these Terms and Conditions on Data Protection
These Terms and Conditions on Data Protection are accessible from any website of the Relopia-Websites
under the link "Data Protection".
